Williams Cos. (WMB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.525; 3.2% Yield

Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.525 per share, or $2.1 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2026, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2026, with an ex-dividend date of March 12, 2026.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
