Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33875 per share, or $1.355 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.325.

The dividend will be payable on March 25, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 8, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 6, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4 percent.
