WestRock (WRK) Declares $0.375 Quarterly Dividend; 4.5% Yield

WestRock (NYSE: WRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
