Wendy's (WEN) Declares $0.055 Quarterly Dividend; 2.2% Yield

Wendy's (NASDAQ: WEN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share, or $0.22 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
