WellPoint, Inc. (NYSE: WLP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend to shareholders for the second quarter of 2011 of $0.25 per share, $1.00 annualized.
The dividend is payable on June 24, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 10, 2011, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2011.
Yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
