Warrior Met Coal (HCC) Declares $6.53 Special Dividend; 22.9% Yield

Warrior Met Coal (NYSE: HCC) declared a special dividend of $6.53 per share.

The Special Dividend, totaling an aggregate payment of $350 million, will be paid on April 20, 2018, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 13, 2018. The Special Dividend will be funded through cash on hand, together with the net proceeds of Warrior’s previously announced offering of $125 million 8.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 22.9 percent.
