WI-LAN (WILN) Declares C$0.03 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

WI-LAN (NASDAQ: WILN) declared a quarterly dividend of CDN $0.03 per share, or CDN $0.12 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 21, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
