W.R. Berkley (WRB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.09; 0.5% Yield

W.R. Berkley (NYSE: WRB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2025, to stockholders of record on June 23, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 20, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.5 percent.

Also declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of 50 cents per share to be paid on June 30, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 23, 2025.
