Voya Prime Rate Trust (NYSE: PPR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.028 per share, or $0.336 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2015.
