Value Line (VALU) Declares $0.16 Quarterly Dividend; 5% Yield

Value Line (NASDAQ: VALU) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on January 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of January 27, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
