Valero Energy (NYSE: VLO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.70 per share, or $2.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 7, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 17, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2017.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
