UPDATE: Sonoco (SON) Declares $0.35 Quarterly Dividend; 3.2% Yield

Sonoco (NYSE: SON) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
