UPDATE: Chesapeake Utilities (CPK) Declares $0.27 Quarterly Dividend; 1.7% Yield

(correction) Chesapeake Utilities (NYSE: CPK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $1.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 8, 2014, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
