Tsakos Energy Navigation Ltd. (NYSE: TNP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 25, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 21, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 17, 2012.
