Transmontaigne Partners (NYSE: TLP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.63 per share, or $2.52 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on May 8, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of April 26, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 7.4 percent.
