TC PipeLines LP (NYSE: TCP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.84 per share, or $3.36 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.81.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 5, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
