The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4375 per share, or $1.75 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on May 27, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of May 22, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
