Schlumberger Ltd. (NYSE: SLB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 3, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 1, 2014.
