SL Green Realty (NYSE: SLG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2575 per share, or $1.03 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 17, 2025, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
