Royal Dutch Shell (NYSE: RDS-A) declared a interim quarterly dividend of $0.94 per share, or $3.76 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 19, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 17, 2017.
The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.
