Rentech Nitrogen Partners (NYSE: RNF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 14, 2013, to stockholders of record on February 7, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of February 5, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
