QTS Realty Trust (QTS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.8% to $0.47; 3.1% Yield

QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.44.

The dividend will be payable on April 7, 2020, to stockholders of record on March 20, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of March 19, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
