Prudential Financial (NYSE: PRU) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.58 per share, or $2.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 18, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 25, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 21, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
