ProAssurance (NYSE: PRA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 18, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
