Pfizer (PFE) Declares 26c Qtr. Dividend; Approves $11B Buyback Plan

Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) declared a 26-cent fourth-quarter 2014 dividend on the company’s common stock, payable December 2, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 7, 2014. The fourth-quarter 2014 cash dividend will be the 304th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
The board of directors also authorized a new $11 billion share repurchase program to be utilized over time. This new program is in addition to the $1.3 billion of authorization remaining under the company’s current share repurchase program.
