PennantPark Floating Rate Capital (NASDAQ: PFLT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.095 per share, or $1.14 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 18, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 16, 2016.
