PennantPark Floating Rate Capital (NASDAQ: PFLT) declared a monthly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $1.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on January 21, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of January 16, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.7 percent.
