Pengrowth Energy Corp. (NYSE: PGH) declared a monthly dividend of CDN$0.04 per share, or CDN$0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2014, to stockholders of record on July 22, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of July 18, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
