Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2024, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of June 7, 2024.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
