Northstar Realty Finance (NYSE: NRF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2016.
