NexPoint Residential Trust (NYSE: NXRT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2025, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.
