NexPoint Real Estate Finance (NYSE: NREF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2020, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15 percent.
