Navios Maritime Midstream Partners (NYSE: NAP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.4225 per share, or $1.69 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 9, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 5, 2016.
