Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NYSE: NRP) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized.

The distribution will be payable on May 14, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of May 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 9.2 percent.
