National Healthcare (NYSE: NHC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on February 3, 2020, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
