NASDAQ OMX Group (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 26, 2014, to stockholders of record on December 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of December 10, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
