Midcoast Energy Partners (NYSE: MEP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share, or $1.3 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2014, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of August 5, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.
