MVC Capital (NYSE: MVC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 9, 2019, to stockholders of record on January 2, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of December 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.5 percent.
