MAA declares $1.0625 quarterly preferred dividend

Mid-America Apartment Communities Inc. (NYSE: MAA) announced a quarterly dividend of $1.0625 per share on its 8.50% Series I Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.

The dividend will be paid on December 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2025, according to a company statement.

MAA is a real estate investment trust and S&P 500 member that owns apartment communities primarily in the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
