Lument Finance Trust (LFT) Declares $0.04 Quarterly Dividend; 9.8% Yield

Lument Finance Trust (NYSE: LFT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, or $0.16 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on January 15, 2026, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of December 30, 2025.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.8 percent.

The Company also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.4921875 per share of 7.875% Cumulative Redeemable Series A Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2026 to preferred stockholders of record as of the close of business January 2, 2026.
