Lowe's Cos. (NYSE: LOW) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.05 per share, or $4.2 annualized. This is a 31.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.80.

The dividend will be payable on August 3, 2022, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
