J2 GLOBAL (JCOM) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.3% to $0.22; 2.9% Yield

J2 GLOBAL (NASDAQ: JCOM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.215.

The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 13, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 9, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
