International F&F (IFF) Declares $0.31 Quarterly Dividend; 2.2% Yield

International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc. (NYSE: IFF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, or $1.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 21, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of March 19, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
