InfraREIT (HIFR) Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 5% Yield

InfraREIT (NYSE: HIFR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 2, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
