Hanover Insurance Group (NYSE: THG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 29, 2013, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 13, 2013.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
