HP, Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.124 per share, or $0.496 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 6, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 9, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 7, 2016.
