Höegh LNG Partners (NYSE: HMLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3375 per share, or $1.35 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 6, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 4, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.
