Gaming and Leisure Properties (NASDAQ: GLPI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 19, 2014, to stockholders of record on December 2, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 28, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
