First Commonwealth Financial (NYSE: FCF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.135 per share, or $0.54 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.
The dividend will be payable on November 21, 2025, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of November 6, 2025.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
