ExxonMobil (NYSE: XOM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share, or $2.76 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2014, to stockholders of record on November 12, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of November 7, 2014.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
